Qualifications

  • GCSE in English and Maths, grades A-C or equivalent experience.
  • NVQ level II in business administration/customer care or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of using full range of IT systems and patient data systems.

Responsibilities

  • Process and log all referrals according to the Trust Access Policy.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
  • Co-ordinate with other hospitals to ensure patient pathway continuity.
