Recotherm is a market-leading swimming pool air handling unit (AHU) manufacturer, supplying innovative, high-quality solutions to the commercial and domestic marketplace for over 40 years.
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a dynamic, strategic and results-driven M&E Sales/Design Manager to join our senior management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-focused mechanical designer with strong leadership, presentation and communication skills to drive business growth, expand our M&E sales team and design and lead high-value M&E projects.
The Role:
The role will focus on technical sales, design knowledge, business development and team growth. You will be responsible for driving technical engagement with M&E contractors and consultants, expanding and mentoring a team of Design Technicians, delivering strategic sales initiatives, presenting CPDs and representing the company on stands at industry trade shows.
