A high-growth SaaS and marketing firm in Leeds seeks a CFO to drive financial strategy and prepare for exit. The role offers £90,000 - £150,000 plus equity and benefits, including a four-day work week. The ideal candidate should be a qualified accountant with a track record of financial leadership in scaling tech companies. This position provides an excellent opportunity to shape the future of the company while working closely with the CEO and COO.

- Build and manage reporting structures, including real-time dashboards.
- Navigate hybrid financial models of agency retainers and SaaS subscriptions.
- Prepare the business for exit with clean financial records.
