Commercial Coordinator

Fresh People are currently recruiting for a commercial coordinator for a fresh produce business based in dartford , in this role you will be supporting the commercial team to deliver outstanding service to major customers, coordinate day-to-day commercial activity, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining pricing and contract data, liaising with supply chain and finance, and keeping communications and KPIs up to date so decisions can be made quickly.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare customer presentations, reports, and sales data analysis
  • Support demand forecasting, inventory tracking, and pricing / tender activity
  • Maintain accurate records (contracts, pricing agreements, KPIs) and manage customer communications
  • Liaise with logistics, finance, and sourcing to keep orders and deliveries on track

  • Provide admin support for trade shows, customer visits, and internal meetings
