A digital experience management leader is seeking a Counsel, Commercial EMEA in London. This role is integral to the Go-To-Market organization and focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly in the SaaS sector. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of legal experience, a strong understanding of complex contracts, and a collaborative approach. We’re creating a new Counsel, Commercial EMEA role to support our continued growth across the region. Based in our London office, this role sits at the heart of our Go-To-Market organization and partners closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Compliance teams to enable smart, scalable commercial outcomes.
Reporting to the Senior Counsel, Commercial EMEA, you’ll be a trusted legal advisor to the business, balancing speed with sound judgment, and pragmatism with risk awareness. This is a highly collaborative, deal-driven role for someone who enjoys being close to the action, shaping how we contract, partner, and operate as we scale across EMEA and the public sector.
You’ll have the opportunity to influence how Legal shows up as a business enabler, not a blocker, bringing clarity, consistency, and confidence to complex commercial conversations.
