As Head of Fundraising, you'll lead a talented team and oversee all fundraising streams, including major donors, trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, individual giving, membership, legacies, and events. You'll craft compelling cases for support, drive income growth (currently c.£2 million annually), and cultivate meaningful relationships with donors and stakeholders.

- Financial acumen and experience managing targets and KPIs

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a strategic fundraising plan aligned with BRB's business goals
- Lead major donor engagement and grow high-value partnerships
- Oversee Development and Supporter Events for cultivation and stewardship
- Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance across fundraising activities
- Collaborate with the Board of Trustees to unlock new opportunities
