A community-based healthcare provider is seeking a Patient Safety Clinical Coordinator to support patient safety initiatives in Leeds. The Patient Safety team is part of the Trust's Clinical Governance Team, responsible for setting the strategic direction for patient safety, delivering reactive and proactive patient safety improvement work, and providing education and training to support front-line staff.
The Patient Safety Clinical Coordinator will organize and coordinate the Trust's Rapid Review Process and trust-wide patient safety learning events, working closely with the patient safety team, senior leadership team, and external stakeholders.
The role involves providing support to the patient safety team, working in line with the Patient Safety Incident and Response Framework (PSIRF) and relevant trust policies, and delivering the Organization's patient safety agenda.
