Are you a natural organiser with a passion for driving clarity and control in fast-paced environments? At Echo Managed Services, we’re looking for a PMO Lead who thrives on structure, collaboration, and impact. You’ll be at the centre of our most transformative programmes—mobilising forums, owning risk management, and shaping governance that delivers real results. If you're a self-starter with a sharp eye for detail and a PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification, this is your chance to lead with purpose in a company that values innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Who We Are

Part of the South Staffordshire group, Echo Managed Services is a leading provider of outsourced customer service solutions and software. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding results for our clients and cultivating a culture of innovation and growth. Join our team and become part of a forward-thinking organisation that values collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.

The Role

Echo Managed Services are seeking a proactive and strategic PMO Lead (6-month FTC) to drive programme governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder engagement across Echo’s software implementation projects. You’ll work closely with the Programme Manager to ensure clarity, control, and consistency across all workstreams. This is a high-impact role where your ability to mobilise forums, own risk management, and influence stakeholders will be key to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Programme Manager to shape and execute programme governance
  • Mobilise and facilitate forums with internal stakeholders and external clients to drive alignment and decision-making
  • Own and maintain the programme’s risk and issue management log, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
  • Lead the creation of RAID logs, change control processes, and dependency mapping
  • Produce high-quality reporting packs for internal and external programme boards
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and RAG status tracking
  • Coordinate communication plans across workstreams to ensure transparency and shared goals
  • Maintain centralised documentation repositories and ensure version control
What You’ll Need
  • Proven experience in a PMO Lead or Senior PMO Analyst role within software or technology delivery
  • Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and delivery assurance frameworks
  • Experience working in the utilities, energy, or public sector is highly desirable
  • Confident in mobilising and leading stakeholder forums and client-facing engagements
  • Proficient in tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Jira
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Project Management methodology qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or AgilePM
What You’ll Get In Return
  • Competitive salary
  • Pension scheme with employer contributions
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Hybrid working options
  • 24/7 GP service and employee well-being programme
  • Access to My Premier Benefits – retail discounts
  • Free onsite parking and gym facilities
  • A collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your ideas are valued
