GIS Land Analyst / Geospatial Specialist / GIS Analyst who is highly motivated and experienced with proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, database management, and spatial analysis techniques is required for a successful development management company based in Bedfordshire.
SALARY: £30,000 - £33,500 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid (working from home and the office in Bedford, Bedfordshire)
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 37.5 Hours per Week. Flexible Working Hours, with core hours being 10am-3pm
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a GIS Land Analyst / Geospatial Specialist / GIS Analyst who is highly motivated and experienced with proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, database management, and spatial analysis techniques. Working as a GIS Land Analyst / Geospatial Specialist / GIS Analyst, you will be integral to the company's operations and services, with the opportunity to lead complex development projects with project values ranging from £250k to £25m, through the planning process.
You will play a key role in identifying suitable land for development using GIS tools, delivering high-quality feasibility studies, producing well-structured reports, and presenting findings to clients. Additionally, you will provide GIS support to the team, maintain accurate datasets, and ensure best practices are followed across all GIS-related work.
