A leading media company is seeking a Head of Performance to lead and scale its in-house paid media and optimisation function. This role involves developing multi-channel strategies, managing a high-performing team, and owning media budgets. Candidates should have proven experience in performance marketing and strong knowledge of analytical tools. This position is based in London with a comprehensive compensation package.

PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £73,800 + London Weighting (£5,441) depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.
