The Role

This is a superb opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding the firm's Family Law presence across the South Coast. Key Responsibilities

• Your role will be to handle a diverse caseload of privately funded family matters, including high-value and complex cases.
• Provide leadership by supervising and mentor junior team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering empathetic and professional guidance on sensitive family matters
• Drive business development efforts, with an established presence in the South East or South Coast being advantageous

Requirements

• You must be an experienced Family Solicitor with 5+ years PQE gained in a similar environment. You will be technically proficient and commercially astute and have a proven track record in handling complex and high-value family cases.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring junior colleagues.
• A proven ability to build lasting client relationships and business development
• A client-focused approach
