Residential Property Solicitor - Blackburn

Legal 500 listed law firm are looking for an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join their busy Lancashire team.

Our client is a leading Lancashire based full service law firm who due to expansion are recruiting an experienced residential property fee earner. Client care and service is of paramount concern to our client.

Responsibilities

• High value Sales
• High value Purchases
• Auction Properties
• Remortgage / Transfers of Equity
• Shared Ownerships
• Investment Properties and Buy to Let Properties
• Freehold and Leasehold properties
• Registered and Unregistered Land

You will need to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously in a busy office. Experience managing high value matters is necessary and proven experience dealing with complex matters is required.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideally you will be Solicitor or CLC qualified, although beneficial this is not necessary.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
