Adult Social Care Lawyer – Lambeth (Temporary)

Pay: £45.67 per hour, PAYE - Reference: RQ1659438

We are looking for an **Adult Social Care Lawyer** to join Lambeth’s Adult Social Care Team, which consists of 3 lawyers, 1 senior lawyer and 1 paralegal. This role provides cover for a lawyer on maternity leave.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support in adult social care cases, including COP work and mental health matters.
• Advising on Children Act work such as NRPF, CA 1989 JRs, age assessments, etc.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support service users in Lambeth.
