Job Opportunity: Commercial Property Solicitor - Land & Property Team

Location: Glasgow (hybrid working supported)

Overview

We are working with a leading law firm to recruit a Commercial Property solicitor with 7+ years PQE to join its Land & Property Team. You will advise clients on a wide range of matters, including acquisitions, sales, leases, development options and planning agreements, working across teams to provide integrated, client-focused solutions.

Experience
  • Minimum 7 years PQE in Commercial Property law
  • Handling complex commercial property matters, including planning, sales, purchases, leases and contracts
  • Working collaboratively across teams to provide integrated advice to clients

  • Commercially aware, self-sufficient and able to manage a diverse caseload with discretion
  • Collegiate, curious and committed to continuous development of technical skills
  • Excellent client relationship and advisory skills, demonstrating empathy and professional judgement
