One to One Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join our client's busy and dynamic Commercial Property Department. Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a broad range of Commercial Property matters
• Advising clients on Commercial Conveyancing transactions
• Drafting and negotiating Landlord and Tenant agreements
• Managing Financing and Development agreements
• Working collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality service
• Maintaining meticulous attention to detail and ensuring compliance with legal standards

What you’ll need:

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• At least 3 years PQE in Commercial Property law
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in:
  • Commercial Conveyancing
  • Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Financing and Development agreements
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy department
