Job description

With a good basic salary (which will be reviewed after 3 months) and uncapped earnings potential, this is a great opportunity to join IH Motorhomes - a stable family-run business with a great reputation in the sector. You'll join a small friendly team within a business that has manufactured and sold luxury van conversions for over 30 years. We also have an ever-growing used motorhome and campervan retail business.

You will be part of a small team selling high-quality, in-demand products.

THE ROLE
  • Managing incoming enquiries and booking structured appointments
  • Delivering engaging in-person and video walk-through presentations
  • Running a consistent sales pipeline from enquiry to handover
  • Hitting monthly and annual sales targets
  • Completing associated admin accurately and professionally
  • Representing the brand at occasional shows and events
ABOUT YOU

You must have proven success in sales, ideally in:

  • High-value products
  • Automotive, motorhomes, caravans, or plant equipment
  • Technical or consultative sales environments

Key qualities:

  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence selling premium products
  • Skilled in negotiation and closing
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Good IT ability (Excel, Outlook and online sales platforms)
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude and a team mindset
