Qualifications

• Experience of working in a food or fresh produce business supplying retailers.
• Great communication skills to liaise effectively with a customer base.
• Excellent leadership skills to drive forward the technical team.
• Experience of BRC is essential.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for all technical matters within the business and link for all customers.
• Manage internal audits, host BRC and customer audits and the management of suppliers.
• Responsible for managing the technical function for the site to ensure compliance.
