A growing sales firm in Wimborne is seeking a Senior Tele-Sales Executive to lead internal sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of telephone sales experience and a strong work ethic, enabling them to work autonomously. This role offers opportunities to convert inbound inquiries and proactively create new sales opportunities, with a commission scheme to reward high performance. Compensation includes a basic salary of £37,000 to £47,000, along with additional commission and profit share potential.
