Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Arrange and conduct test drives.

Job Opportunity: Vehicle Sales Executive

Location: Leicester

Salary: £20,000 basic + £50,000 OTE per annum (including potential bonuses)

Hours: Monday–Friday 8:30am–6pm, Saturday 8:30am–5pm (1-hour lunch). One day off during the week. Alternate Sundays 10am–4pm.

The Role: Vehicle Sales Executive

You will play a key role in building long-term customer relationships and driving repeat business by offering a transparent, friendly, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and conduct test drives
  • Provide accurate product knowledge and finance information
  • Prepare quotes, complete documentation, and ensure FCA compliance
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from enquiry to aftersales follow-up
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Support the vehicle handover process to ensure a smooth, positive experience
About You
  • Previous vehicle sales experience or background in a customer-facing retail environment is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
  • Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years
