A leading pub operator in the UK is looking for a Marketing Manager – Pubs to support the Head of Marketing in developing brand strategies and executing marketing plans. This role requires previous marketing experience, preferably in pubs or hospitality, as well as skills in project management and communication. You will manage campaigns, collaborate with various teams, and adhere to budget constraints while driving guest satisfaction and revenue.
As Marketing Manager – Pubs, you will support the Head of Marketing to deliver a coherent brand or format strategy that guides guests through a compelling experience. Your role includes creating objectives across the full marketing mix, building market‑leading plans with agencies, championing data and insight, and ensuring campaigns drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
