About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to manage Learnrithm’s European digital presence. You’ll oversee our TikTok and Instagram pages, track creator collaborations, and turn our partnerships into compelling, high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track creator posts, campaign performance, and engagement analytics.
  • Repost and curate content from partner creators.
  • Plan and schedule consistent content that aligns with Learnrithm’s brand tone.
  • Support the Partnerships team with content tracking and CRM updates.
Requirements
  • Have experience with TikTok, Instagram, or Canva/CapCut.
  • Are detail-oriented and enjoy creative storytelling.
  • Understand influencer marketing or community building.
  • Thrive in small, fast-moving teams.
