What is the opportunity?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our London Marketing team on a 15-month fixed term contract / Secondment as a Business Manager. This role works to support the activities of the Director of Marketing Delivery, RBC Wealth Management Europe (WME) and the wider marketing department.

What will you do?
  • Work with the Marketing team and other internal teams to ensure all suppliers are onboarded through the correct channels.
  • Budget management, including the creation of expense reports, and financial record-keeping.
  • Support all marketing projects by tracking project timelines, tasks, and milestones.
  • Help coordinate project-related communications and follow-ups among team members.
  • Support with HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing time-off requests and the onboarding of new joiners.
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the Head of Marketing.
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information flow.
