Permanent, Full time Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week

Serco have a fantastic opportunity for an Engineering Training Manager to join the Contract Leadership Team (CLT) at RAF Brize Norton.
In this role you will be responsible for the Quality System, as defined in the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and MAA Regulatory Articles for the Brize Support Contract (BSC) at RAF Brize Norton.
You will carry out associated Quality and Training roles and duties as directed by the business needs across all areas of BSC (Logistics, Airfield Services and Engineering).
We are looking for a technically competent and experienced individual with the confidence to communicate effectively and is eager to make an impact in a high-performing aviation environment.
All Serco staff working on the Brize Norton Support Contract (BSC) must have SC Security Clearance which will be undertaken once an offer has been made and accepted. Candidates must be able obtain and maintain the appropriate Security Clearance.
