Job summary

A leading public services provider is seeking a Building Fabric Manager to lead their Fabric Estates team at a hospital. In this role, you will manage all building fabric operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities include planning maintenance, leading a team, and attending client meetings. Ideal candidates will have experience in estates management, strong knowledge of building fabric, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a salary of up to £55,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building fabric or estates management.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is desirable.
  • NEBOSH and Authorised Person experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Fabric Trades team and manage operations.
  • Plan deliver PPM, reactive maintenance, and minor works.
  • Ensure all compliance with statutory and fire regulations.
  • Manage records and contractor performance.
