A leading public services provider is seeking a Building Fabric Manager to lead their Fabric Estates team at a hospital. Serco is seeking an experienced Building Fabric Manager to lead and manage the Fabric Estates team at Great Western Hospital.
Working as part of the Serco Estates Team, the role is accountable for the delivery of all building fabric operations across the estate, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, contractual obligations, and best practice standards.
This is a key leadership role within our Total Facilities Management contract, ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of building fabric services across a busy acute healthcare environment.
