Qualifications

• GCSE standard or equivalent standard of general education, Maths and English to GCSE level.
• Desirable use of a switchboard system or call centre.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while in a pressurised environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect and transfer internal and external calls as per service specification.
• Operate the emergency phone system for major incidents.
• Maintain the workstation and train new staff on duties.
