Qualifications

• Experience in a similar building fabric or estates management role is essential.

• Lead and manage the in-house Fabric Trades team.
• Plan and deliver PPM, reactive maintenance, and minor works.
• Ensure statutory and fire compliance (Fire Doors, Dampers, Compartmentation).
