Transfer Pricing Associate Director

We are searching for an experienced Transfer Pricing Associate Director to make an impact within our Transfer Pricing team at RSM UK.

Our National Transfer Pricing Team works closely with a broad range of clients, helping manage their transfer pricing compliance, acting as expert advisors, and driving their transfer pricing agenda. The team covers areas such as transfer pricing model design, implementation support, operational transfer pricing, transfer pricing documentation, controversy support, and thin capitalization reviews.

As an Associate Director in our Transfer Pricing team, based in London, Reading, Birmingham, or across the North West, you will be an integral part of a high-performing tax compliance and advisory team. You will have opportunities to accelerate your knowledge, skills, and development in a creative, entrepreneurial, and supportive environment, working with fantastic clients. Your responsibilities will include business development activities, working with senior team members to develop opportunities, and contributing to proposals. You will make an impact by:

1. Being part of a high-performing tax team supporting and advising a range of interesting, fast-growing, and international clients.
2. Taking ownership of Transfer Pricing projects as a key part of the client service team.
3. Providing value-added transfer pricing advice across various transactions and industries.
4. Supporting the development of junior team members.
5. Collaborating with partners and directors across service lines to support business development activities.

• Be ACA qualified (or equivalent).
• Have UK Transfer Pricing experience.
• Possess comprehensive transfer pricing technical knowledge (OECD Guidelines).

• Be experienced in advising on technical matters.
• Have proven client handling and portfolio management skills.
• Be interested in business development and converting relationships into fee-paying work.
