Recruitment Team Manager (Contracts business) – Singapore Base

Monthly Base Pay: competitive, plus uncapped commission and team override (billing and non billing opportunities available DOE)

Location: Raffles Place CBD (Asia's #1 city for expat families*)

Work Model: 4 days in-office (with early finishes at 3 PM on Fridays)

We are seeking an experienced Team (Senior) Manager to lead our contracting recruitment team in Singapore. Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' contract recruitment experience (agency environment only - no in-house/TA candidates)

Minimum 2 years' direct people management (team leadership with P&L accountability)

Proven 360 business development track record in professional services recruitment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Sector experience in Power, Renewables, Infrastructure or Sustainability (advantageous but not essential if you come from a Technical/White Collar sector)
  • Exceptional client-facing skills with experience in building out footprints within Key Accounts/Multinational Clients
  • Demonstrated ability to scale teams while maintaining gross margin integrity-we are looking for a people leader who can demonstrating progression with in their teams.
  • Professional business fluency in English (additional Asian languages beneficial)
