Transfer Pricing Associate Director

We are searching for an experienced Transfer Pricing Associate Director to join RSM UK.

Make an Impact within our Transfer Pricing team at RSM UK

Our National Transfer Pricing Team works closely with a broad range of clients, helping manage transfer pricing compliance, acting as expert advisors, and driving their transfer pricing strategies. The team covers areas such as transfer pricing model design, implementation support, operational transfer pricing, documentation, controversy support, and thin capitalisation reviews.

As an Associate Director in our Transfer Pricing team in London, Reading, Birmingham, or across the North West, you will be an integral part of a high-performing tax compliance and advisory team. You will be responsible for business development activities, working with senior team members to develop opportunities and contribute to proposals. You’ll make an impact by:

  1. Being part of a high-performing tax team supporting a range of interesting, fast-growing, and international clients.
  2. Taking ownership of Transfer Pricing projects as a key member of the client service team.
  3. Providing valuable transfer pricing advice across various transactions and industries.
  4. Supporting the development of junior team members.
  5. Collaborating with partners and directors across service lines to support business development activities.

What we are looking for:

  • Is ACA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Has UK Transfer Pricing experience.
  • Possesses comprehensive transfer pricing technical knowledge (OECD Guidelines).

  • Has experience managing a busy client portfolio.
  • Is interested in business development and converting relationships into fee-paying work.
