Project Manager – Intelligent Automation Implementation

What You Will Get To Do:

• To manage Chorus process orchestration / intelligent automation projects to agreed timelines, budgets and to the required quality standard.
• To develop project delivery plans that consider inter-dependencies on clients, 3rd parties and SS&C resources and deliverables.
• To work directly and regularly with customer project management, sponsors, SMEs and technical teams, as well as other project stakeholders and 3rd Parties, ensuring projects are effectively managed and resourced.
• To lead and manage relationships with a wide range of groups (including all client and SS&C project contributors and stakeholders) and provide governance of SS&C project activities to ensure successful delivery.
• To support and be involved in the pre-sales process for projects and facilitate the transition from pre-sales to the Professional Service-executed design and delivery stages of the projects.
• The successful candidate will be expected to handle multiple projects at any time, including more complex/higher business priority projects and smaller / less complex engagements

What You Will Bring:

• Project delivery management experience of a minimum of 3 years, ideally in a financial services or process automation environment.
• Ability to drive change and effectively manage projects and stakeholders, including influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong oral and written communication skills; must be articulate and persuasive
• Highly motivated, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proactive and calm under pressure
• Knowledge and experience of structured project management methodologies and project management tools, financial control, budget, and risk management
• High level of interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and customer resources at various levels
• Knowledge of Chorus BPM or other BPM / Automation solutions
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosting and/or experience in implementing cloud hosted applications.
