A leading community action organization is seeking a dedicated individual to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves developing and coordinating person-centered care plans, case management, and advocacy to help clients thrive in their environments. This position is dedicated to supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in maintaining independence and thriving within their chosen environments for as long as possible. Candidates must be experienced in developing, implementing, and coordinating person-centered plans that align with individual goals, preferences, and needs.
This position is 37.5 hours per week with a pay rate of $23.50/hour. Westbay offers a generous benefits package including 3 weeks paid vacation, 10 sick days, 2 personal days per year, and 14 paid holidays, plus a paid day off on your birthday. Other benefits include life, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401k with company match.
