• Consult our customers on their growth journey, jointly discover optimization levers, or prepare new product launches and market entries while owning the relationship with your own customer base end-to-end.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with your customer base by serving as the connecting element between our customers and the Hive team; identify all relevant stakeholders & be in constant exchange with all decision makers.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback closely with our product team to ensure we develop the best, most customer-centric software product in the market and thereby enable our customers to reach their goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new customers to the Hive platform, ensuring their first experience is seamless, memorable, and sets the standard for excellence.
• Join our pan-European account management team, and help deepen our customer relationships with some of the fastest growing direct-to-consumer brands across Europe.

• You bring 2–3 years of experience in B2B Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, a drive for personal growth, and a genuine passion for building meaningful, long-term relationships.
• You combine sharp analytical thinking with empathy, allowing you to communicate effectively and thoughtfully with customers.
• You thrive on being the face of Hive - representing us to customers and acting as the key link between internal teams and external partners.
• You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You've worked in a startup, software, or SaaS environment before. Experience in logistics? That’s a bonus!
