The Role

We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to lead the creation of a seamless, intuitive, and visually compelling experience for our mobile and web applications. You’ll be working closely with the founding team to bring our vision to life through a clickable Figma prototype.

Must-Have Skills

• Expertise in Figma – wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
• Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms
• Strong grasp of user-centered design, UX flows, and visual hierarchy
• Eye for typography, layout, and color consistency
• Ability to design engaging micro-interactions and transitions
• Collaborative, feedback-friendly mindset – comfortable working in a lean, agile startup
• A portfolio showcasing user-friendly, visually polished work

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in Fintech or WealthTech
• Familiarity with design systems and scalable component libraries
• UX research experience: user testing, personas, journey mapping
• Understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG)
• Bonus points for light motion design or animation experience
• Basic awareness of front-end development (e.g. HTML/CSS/React/Flutter)
