Salesforce Marketing Automation Consultant
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Salesforce Marketing Automation Consultant.
Key Requirements:
- As Marketing Automation Integration Consultant, you will:
- Define and manage the project timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (Product, Marketing strategy, CRM, Content, IT Customer Analytics and Customer Data Delivery) to ensure seamless implementation.
- Configure and test the marketing platform data integration points, support monitoring protocol development.
- Develop and document workflows, automation processes, segment descriptions and campaign templates for triggered and scheduled communications.
- Develop and document data minimization and deletion rules. Put in place monitoring.
- Support data migration and one off data transformations, as required.
- Ensure data migration, system integration and API connections meet business needs.
- Configure initial campaign and segment reports.
- Provide support, training, and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues and report regularly on project progress and status.
- Support marketing functional readiness for new product launches.
- User adoption rates and satisfaction among marketing and product teams.
- Delivery of comprehensive project documentation and bespoke training materials.
- Marketing operations (responsibility within the commercial analytics team for the supplier management, integration, data management and realization of commercial value).
Key Experience:
- Proven track record in driving integration projects, particularly in marketing automation tool implementation (Braze, Salesforce, Active Campaign, Marketo or similar).
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and data integration processes.
- Experience working with agile teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands on experience of configuring workflows, automation, and segmentation within marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies or similar project management frameworks.
- Relevant certifications (eg., PMP, Agile, marketing automation certifications) are a plus.
