The Role
We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to lead the creation of a seamless, intuitive, and visually compelling experience for our mobile and web applications. You’ll be working closely with the founding team to bring our vision to life through a clickable Figma prototype.

Must-Have Skills
- Expertise in Figma – wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
- Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms
- Strong grasp of user-centered design, UX flows, and visual hierarchy
- Eye for typography, layout, and color consistency
- Ability to design engaging micro-interactions and transitions
- Collaborative, feedback-friendly mindset – comfortable working in a lean, agile startup
- A portfolio showcasing user-friendly, visually polished work
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Fintech or WealthTech
- Familiarity with design systems and scalable component libraries
- UX research experience: user testing, personas, journey mapping
- Understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG)
- Bonus points for light motion design or animation experience
- Basic awareness of front-end development (e.g. HTML/CSS/React/Flutter)
