Job description

As an Enterprise Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our enterprise applications, including Hubspot, Salesforce, Odoo, and Sage Intacct. Your expertise will enable our teams to leverage these tools effectively, enhancing our business processes and driving organizational success. You will be responsible for taking care of core customer journey processes, managing them end-to-end from lead to cash. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients and maintain our competitive edge.

YOUR TASKS

• Administer and configure enterprise applications to align with business needs and improve operational efficiency
• Integrate enterprise applications with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement application enhancements
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize functionality

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field or a proven track record as Enterprise Application Specialist
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Odoo, and Sage Intacct
• Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems, with the ability to configure and customize applications to meet business requirements
• Experience with application integration tools and techniques, ensuring seamless data flow across systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
