A leading health service provider in Prestwich is seeking an HR professional to join their HR Advisory Team on a fixed-term contract. This role involves managing employee relations cases, providing support to managers on employment matters, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. A hybrid working arrangement is available, allowing for a balance between office and home work. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a passion for people management.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a person-centred, passionate, HR professional to join our HR Advisory Team on a 12 month fixed term basis.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to support our services to deliver a high standard of care to our service users. You will provide professional advice and support to managers on a wide range of employment matters including employee relations issues, organisational change, terms and conditions of employment, management of attendance, performance management, equality and diversity, employment legislation and policy, and good people management practice.
Hybrid working is an option, with most team members spending 1-2 days per week working from home.
