An HR Adviser who thrives on engaging with stakeholders, supporting diverse groups from scientists and financial analysts to plant-based employees.
This is a 12-month FTC.
You will work with a HR Project Manager and HR Director, with support from L&D and TA teams.
You will provide broad HR support and participate in HR projects across the group.
The team is lean, so there are no shared services for transactional tasks, but HR Coordinators provide support. You should be comfortable with hands-on tasks when needed.

You should have excellent stakeholder management skills, make data-driven decisions, and handle complex ER cases.
As an FTC, you should be available on short notice.

The role requires 4 days in the office near Tottenham Court Road.

Salary is approximately £50,000, with a £5,000 bonus paid on average 90%, a generous pension, PHC for self and family, and a possible retention bonus.
