HR Advisor - Part Time

Bristol

£35,000 circa – Pro‑Rata – 22.5 hour weeks

Are you an experienced HR Advisor seeking a part-time role that offers the flexibility to work either 3 days per week on 7.5‑hour days or 4.5‑hour days across a 5‑day week?

The company is an established nationwide engineering company and is looking to add to its HR team. Having found that part‑time works for certain roles, it is offering this rare opportunity for part‑time work with flexibility.

This is a rounded role covering HR Policies, Personnel, L&D and Performance & Development. You will form part of a close‑knit and well‑organised HR team.

This is a CIPD Level 5 role and offers the opportunity for further development to grow your career.
