Policies & Employment Law

Guiding managers through policy, compliance, and risk‑ensuring decisions are consistent, pragmatic, and aligned to UK employment law.

Absence Management

Leading sickness processes end‑to‑end and supporting improvement plans.

Ethical Compliance & Audits

Supporting customer, ethical, and SEDEX audits to maintain strong standards and documentation.

Learning, Safety & Wellbeing

Championing HSE initiatives, training compliance, wellbeing, and engagement activities.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Partnering with Hiring Managers and Talent teams to ensure smooth, high‑quality hiring and induction.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

Driving HR projects, improvement activity, and commercial decision‑making that supports site performance.
