Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months full 360 Recruitment experience, with evidence of self sourcing clients and running the full recruitment cycle. Candidates up to Associate Director level can be considered. Current annual billings must be £180k+. You will either be looking to continue in your current vertical, but seeking an 'employee first' business that promotes development and autonomy, or from another professional services sector, eager to transition into Finance or Insurance, with evidence of strong 360 experience in your current market.
