We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor with fluency in French, Spanish, or German to join a dynamic and supportive HR team. This role will support the business across a broad range of HR activities and play a key part in delivering high-quality HR advice to managers and employees.

The Role

As an HR Advisor, you will provide first-line HR guidance across employee relations, policies, and procedures, while supporting the wider HR function in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees
  • Manage employee relations cases including absence, performance, and disciplinary matters
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Assist with policy development and HR best practice
  • Maintain accurate HR records and systems
  • Communicate confidently with stakeholders in French, Spanish, or German as required
About You
  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR role
  • Fluency in French, Spanish, or German (written and spoken)
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
