Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for logistics roles, from sourcing candidates to placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the logistics sector.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking and business development.
- Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Sourcing and filling vacancies for professional roles within the Logistics and Supply Chain Industry such as Buyers, Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, Logistics Managers, Supply Chain Consultants, Transport Managers, Procurement Managers.
- Utilise job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods to attract top logistics and Supply Chain talent.
- Work towards and exceed individual and team targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and workforce demands.
