Job summary

A leading housing association is seeking a detail-focused HR Compliance Officer for a six-month secondment in the UK. The role involves conducting audits across HR areas, supporting auditors, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Qualifications

  • Strong experience managing data quality, integrity, and large data sets.
  • Good understanding of GDPR, data protection, and retention requirements.
  • Experience of conducting audits and analysing data to drive improvement.
  • Customer-focused approach, acting with integrity and delivering excellent service.
  • Intermediate/advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and workflow design skills.
  • Ability to coach and influence colleagues.
  • Strong written and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits across key HR areas such as payroll and training compliance.
  • Support internal and external auditors ensuring documentation is up to date.
  • Collaborate with HR Services to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Review HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with digital teams to optimize HRIS functionality.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to HR colleagues.
