A healthcare organization in Maidstone is seeking an Apprentice Administrator to support recruitment and training efforts. This role involves issuing offer letters, conducting pre-employment checks, and facilitating training sessions. Ideal candidates will have a good standard of secondary education, strong organizational skills, and experience in a compliance administration role. Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone.
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible shifts between 8:00am - 6:00pm)

KIMS Hospital is looking for an organised and detail-focused Apprentice Administrator to provide excellent administrative and compliance support within our Recruitment & Training function.
Working as part of the Recruitment & Training Team, you will play a key role in ensuring candidates are onboarded and trained within agreed timescales, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will support both internal and external stakeholders and help deliver an excellent recruitment and training service across the organisation, whilst working towards a Level Three NVQ in Business Administration.
