We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pensions Administrator - Benefits (Gr 3) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering various pension plans and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other team members to provide exceptional service to our employees regarding their pension inquiries and benefit options. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of pension regulations and benefit structures. As a Pensions Administrator, you will play a crucial role in helping employees navigate their choices and understand the value of their benefits, contributing to their overall job satisfaction and financial security. You will also support the continuous improvement of pension administration processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance service delivery. Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage pension plans and benefits programs accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding pension plans and benefits options in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to pensions and benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for pension plans and benefits enrollments.
  • Assist in the processing of pension contributions and benefits payments to ensure accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Prepare reports related to pension plans and benefits for management review and compliance purposes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs related to pension and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall administration process and employee experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pensions administration or benefits management.
  • Strong understanding of pension regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address employee concerns and inquiries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with HRIS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Hours & Compensation

Hours per week: 35.00. Start time: 09:00. End time: 17:00. Pay per hour: £15.68. Location: Sutton, London.
