• Assisting the General Manager in the smooth running of a busy, guest-focused pub.
• Leading, coaching, and motivating the front‑of‑house team to deliver warm, memorable service.
• Supporting with rota planning, stock control, and operational standards.
• Ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
• Maintaining high levels of food, drink, and service quality.
• Upholding compliance standards across health & safety, licensing, and food safety.
• Building strong relationships with guests and becoming a familiar, trusted face of the pub.
• Working closely with the kitchen and management team to deliver a consistent, premium offer.

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader within a premium pub or quality dining environment.
• A natural host with genuine warmth, confidence, and attention to detail.
• Someone who thrives in lively, high‑volume settings while keeping standards high.
• A supportive people manager who loves developing others and building a positive team culture.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of guest‑focused operations.
• Passion for great food, quality drinks, and brilliant hospitality.
