A global IT solutions provider is seeking a Strategic Communications Manager to bridge business strategy with communications planning. This role will develop messaging frameworks, oversee internal communications, and advise senior executives. Successful candidates will have a strong background in strategic communications within a B2B technology environment, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to translate commercial priorities into compelling narratives. A hybrid work model is offered, with the office located in Sheffield, Uxbridge, or Manchester.

The Strategic Communications Manager will act as the bridge between business strategy and communications planning, translating Insight’s commercial objectives into a consistent narrative platform that channel owners can execute across all external and internal communications. Reporting directly to the President of EMEA, this role partners closely with both marketing and business leadership to ensure that every message — whether to clients, partners, teammates, analysts, or the media - reinforces our strategic priorities, including Insight’s AI-first positioning and growth ambitions and will design the EMEA communications framework, embed a disciplined operating model, and work cross-functionally to ensure that strategic storytelling drives tangible business outcomes.
