Job summary

A leading multinational media company is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner in London. The successful candidate will contribute to and deliver HR strategies while managing a team. Responsibilities include ensuring alignment with business objectives, fostering strong relationships with client groups, and supporting performance management processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience within the media industry and proven leadership capabilities, as well as a CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in the Media or Media Production industry.
  • Proven track record working with VP-level clients.
  • Experience leading a high-performing HR team.
  • Demonstrable multi-discipline Human Resources experience.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes in a global environment.
