A leading logistics firm in Telford is seeking an HR Business Partner to join its HR operational team on an interim basis. The HR BP will manage diverse HR functions across two sites, partnering with senior stakeholders and executing key projects. We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR operational team based at Telford or Sherwood, on an interim/FTC (1 Year) basis. This role will include managing the HR function at both sites (Telford and Sherwood). The role of HR Business Partner is truly generalist,whereby you will partner senior stakeholders and take full HR responsibility for your sites, managing a variety of projects andinitiatives.This is a multi-site role, therefore you should be able to travel regularly.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can juggle a number of changing priorities with a positive,can-do approach. Experience of working in Logistics/FMCG would certainly be an advantage.
